East Bay Area Music Venues
The East Bay Region has some great venues and continues to be the birth place of many great bands and solo artists. There are two open air arenas in this region (Concord Pavilion & The Greek Theater), a few medium size venues and many smaller venues that attract local talent as well as national acts. Some of the great bands and musicians that have come from this region in the past are Creedence Clearwater Revival, Death Angel, Eddie Money, En Vogue, Exodus, Green Day, Montrose, Pointer Sisters, Sheila E, Too Short, Tower of Power,Tupac Shakur, Y&T and many others.
